Neil/Carter LLC is a multidisciplinary design firm specializing in high-end residential design and residential development. We also offer design consultation services for commercial real estate and hospitality projects. We have offices in Atlanta, GA and Highlands, NC but we are engaged throughout the country on a variety of projects.

Oliver founded Neil/Carter in 2000 following in the footsteps of his father who ran a succesfull design firm in the North East for over 30 years.

With 15 years of experience in the field of Interior Design, Sondae brings a fresh eye and ever positive attitude to every project.

LaDana graduated from the University of GA with a degree in Interior Design. She is involved in both the interior design & real estate aspects of N/C.
